Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-03-02 17:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SEB Bank resolved on annulment of the issue of bonds „SEB Africa“ linked to African stock index BNP Paribas Africa Funds Index Excess Return EUR that were placed on 1-28 February, 2011. Due to instability of the situation in the region of North Africa, said bonds did not attract investors’ attention. The total nominal value of the bonds is lower than that established in the final terms of the bond issue, therefore, SEB Bank announces that the bond issues are deemed abandoned and annulled.
