Med anledning av att Blekinge tingsrätt bifallit NovaCast Technologies AB konkursansökan har NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB beslutat att avnotera aktierna i NovaCast Technologies AB (NCAS B, ISIN-kod SE0000362675, orderboks- ID 39947).

Handeln i aktierna i NovaCast Technologies AB stoppades på torsdagen den 3 mars 2011 och kommer därmed inte att återupptas. Aktierna i NovaCast Technologies AB avnoteras den 8 mars 2011.

Sista dag för handel var torsdagen den 3 mars 2011.

The city court in Blekinge has granted NovaCast Technologies AB’s bankruptcy petition. Due to the above mentioned NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided to delist the shares of NovaCast Technologies AB (NCAS B, ISIN-code SE0000362675, orderbooks- ID 39947).

The trading in the shares of NovaCast Technologies AB was halted on the 3^rd of March 2011 and will not be resumed. The shares in NovaCast Technologies AB will be delisted on the 8^th of March 2011.

The last day of trading was Thursday, March 3^rd, 2011.
