Tognum AG comments on current market news
Friedrichshafen, 7 March 2011. Tognum AG has been informed by Daimler AG
and Rolls-Royce Group plc that they are considering acquiring the majority
of Tognum AG in equal shares.
The Executive Board of Tognum AG confirms initial talks with both parties
and will evaluate any proposal that may be received.
