Marthyn Inghamn appointed new President of JC

"Marthyn Inghamn is one of Sweden's most experienced executives when it comes to
jeans and relating accessories. The fact that we have now reached an agreement
with Marthyn is a key step in the development of JC," says Magnus Håkansson,
Chairman of the Board and forthcoming President and Chief Executive Officer of
RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS.

"Marthyn and I will both be phased into our new roles during the spring.
Formally, I will take office on May 1 and Marthyn on August 1," says Magnus
Håkansson.
