Retraction of notifications of voting rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1

On 08.03.2011, BNP Paribas SA, Paris, France, informed us about the
retraction of voting rights notifications as of 08.09.2010 and 25.10.2010
as follows:

'BNP Paribas became parent company of Fortis on 15.05.2009. Therefore, we
herewith retract our notifications regarding our voting interests in KUKA
AG dated 08.09.2010 (regarding exceeding 3% on 01.04.2008) and 25.10.2010
(regarding falling below 3% on 15.04.2008) because no obligations to notify
arose.'
