USA Recycling Industries, Inc. Announces New Trading Symbol, Reverse Stock Split

Company Continues Its Reorganization Activities


READING, Pa., March 14, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- USA Recycling Industries, Inc., fka Voyager Petroleum Inc. (Pink Sheets:USRI) (Frankfurt:DXD), a scrap metal recycler servicing the automotive service center chain store industry, with commercial customers throughout North America, today announced it has been issued a new trading symbol for its Common Stock. Effective today the Company's Common Stock will trade on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "USRI." In addition, the Company also today announced a reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding Common Stock whereby one (1) share of Common Stock will be issued in exchange for every two hundred (200) shares. This reverse stock split is also effective today. Vincent J.
