Exercise of warrants – Topdanmark increases its holding of own shares
Exercise of warrants
A new period of exercise of warrants commenced at the publication of Topdanmark's 2010 Annual Report in its company announcement No. 05/2011.
By the expiry of the subscription period the holders of the warrants have subscribed and paid for 139,800 shares at a price of DKK 608 per share. Consequently Topdanmark has today increased its share capital by 139,800 shares, giving an increase in nominal share capital of DKK 1,398,000.
The total number of Topdanmark shares is now 15,666,550.
The subscription proceeds of the issue were DKK 84.998.400.
Topdanmark increases its holding of own shares
Topdanmark now holds own shares representing 10.46% of the share capital. Since the announcement of the 2010 Annual Report (Announcement No. 05/2011), this is an increase of 133,900 shares in the holding of own shares to 1,623,925 shares .
To date in 2011 Topdanmark has bought back own shares for DKK 447m out of the programme of DKK 1,300m for 2011 previously announced.
Topdanmark's most recent announcement of share buy-back was in its 2010 Annual Report when it had bought back own shares for DKK 336m.
