Construction contract (Järva County Vocational Training Centre)

Nordecon AS signed a construction contract with Järva County Vocational Training Centre to build a new student dormitory and mess hall.


Nordecon AS signed a construction contract with Järva County Vocational Training Centre (Järvamaa Kutsehariduskeskus). The contract is for building a new student dormitory and mess hall. The closed area of the new buildings is approximately 4,000 square meters. The dormitory consists of 112 rooms and is for approximately 220 students. The project is co-financed by European Union European Regional Development Fund.

The value of the contract without client’s reserve (10 per cent) is 3.1 million euros excluding VAT.

Works begin in March 2011 and end in January 2012.
