Investment AB Latour och SäkI AB offentliggjorde den 17 mars 2011 pressmeddelanden med information om att de båda bolagen ska gå samman. Fusionen genomförs genom att SäkI AB uppgår i Investment AB Latour, varvid aktier i SäkI AB byts mot nya aktier i Investment AB Latour. För varje aktie i SäkI AB erhålls 0,57 nya aktier av serie B i Investment AB Latour. Fusionen är villkorad av beslut på respektive bolags årsstämma.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att aktierna i Investment AB Latour (LATO B, ISIN-kod SE0000106320, orderboks-ID 914) och aktierna i SäkI AB (SAEK, ISIN-kod SE0000379075, orderboks-ID 938) ska observationsnoteras. Aktierna observationsnoteras tillsvidare fr.o.m. idag den 17 mars 2011.
Investment AB Latour and SäkI AB published on March 17th, 2011 a press release with information that the companies should merge. The merger will be implemented by Investment AB Latour absorbing SäkI AB. Each share in SäkI AB will be exchanged for 0.57 new shares of series B in Investment AB Latour. The merger is dependent on decision taken by respective annual general meeting.
With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Investment AB Latour (LATO B, ISIN-code SE0000106320, orderbook-ID 914) and the shares in SäkI AB (SAEK, ISIN-code SE0000379075, orderbook-ID 938) will be given an observation status. The shares from now on will be given an observation status with effect from today March 17th, 2011.
