TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - INCOME FINANCIAL TRUST ("INCOME FINANCIAL") declares its variable monthly distribution of $0.07232 per unit, or 8.5% annually based on the February 28, 2011 net asset value of $10.21. The distribution is payable April 8, 2011 to shareholders on record as of March 31, 2011.

Income Financial unitholders have received a total of $23.93 per unit in distributions since inception, inclusive of this distribution.
