On March 20, 2011, Mr Thomas Agerholm, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Dresdner Factoring AG, Dresden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000DFAG997,
WKN: DFAG99, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 25, 2008 and on that day amounted to 5.0261% (this corresponds to
140731 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.7273%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 132365 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Agerholm from HW Leasing GmbH.
