On March 21, 2011, VV Beteiligungen AG, Heidelberg, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on MISTRAL Media AG, Köln, Germany, ISIN: DE000A1E8HD1, WKN: A1E8HD,
have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 15, 2011 and
on that day amounted to 10.37% (this corresponds to 390992 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.37%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 390992 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by VV Beteiligungen AG and whose holdings of voting rights
amount to 3% each or more in MISTRAL Media AG: Deutsche Balaton AG.
