AJAX, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 25, 2011) - Renegade Capital Corporation and Greenbriar Holdings Limited hereby announced that Renegade has agreed to purchase from Greenbriar 1,872,463 common shares of Automodular Corporation by way of private agreement at a purchase price of $0.90 per share.
The agreement will close March 31, 2011.
