On March 25, 2011, UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005108401, WKN: 510840, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 22, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 3340750 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.624%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 696875 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
