Germany, has informed us pursuant to Article. 21 Sec. 1 WpHG that on March
28, 2011, the percentage holding of voting rights in MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft, OkenstraÃe 27, 77652 Offenburg, Germany, crossed below
the threshold of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of the voting rights and on that day
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).
Also, as of March 28, 2011, ProLog Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH,
Düsseldorf, Germany, has informed us on behalf of Provinzial Rheinland
Lebensversicherung AG Die Versicherung der Sparkassen, Düsseldorf,
Deutschland, pursuant to Article. 21 Sec. 1 WpHG that their percentage
holding of voting rights in MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft, OkenstraÃe 27,
77652 Offenburg, Germany, amounted still 18.01% (this corresponds to
8,556,897 voting rights). Henceforth the voting right is directly not
indirectly attributable to Provinzial Rheinland Lebensversicherung AG Die
Versicherung der Sparkassen.
