NuMobile, Inc. Targets German Market for Network Security Policy Management Solution Offering

FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - March 31, 2011) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCQB: NUBL) today announced it has entered into discussions with the Company's Germany-based partner to explore local market opportunities for its subsidiary Stonewall Network's network security policy management product, Cornerstone. NuMobile has already announced exploring the European marketplace to deploy the offering, and the Company has been developing plans to target sales in Germany, beginning with business development efforts wherein NuMobile and its Germany-based partner would jointly explore potential target clients and sales opportunities.

Stonewall's Cornerstone product brings comprehensive security management to multi-vendor networks. The Cornerstone Security Policy Manager provides centralized, consistent and reliable application of security policies to all managed security devices. Cornerstone enables network-wide policy enforcement, not just device-level enforcement. Without such software, each network security device operates autonomously, leaving a network vulnerable to attacks. The Cornerstone Security Management Platform reduces the overall deployment time, operations cost and complexity that would otherwise be associated with this level of comprehensive security. NuMobile believes the European market is primed for the Cornerstone product.

NuMobile's business plan is focused on building a portfolio of security and software solutions for the global smartphone and mobile computing market. Incoming NuMobile CEO David Lee recently conducted a Webcast to provide an update on the Company's business plan. The Webcast also provides an update on the Company's first two acquisitions, to include Stonewall Networks, organic growth opportunities and financial goals for 2011, discusses the Company's 2010 annual report due at the end of this month and highlights the anticipated formal appointing of Mr. Lee as Chief Executive Officer upon completion of the report's filing.
