COR&FJA to extend marketing of its field sales/broker platform to other
European countries
(Leinfelden-Echterdingen, 5 April 2011) - The software and consulting
company COR&FJA AG is now offering a web-based broker portal on the
European market under the product name COR.FJA Sales & Service System. As
the central information and process hub, the new COR&FJA standard software
supports all the sales channels of an insurance company - from point of
sale to back office and ultimately the customer portal - in just one
solution. The system can be installed quickly and economically on the basis
of a standardised customising process. The solution can be extended at any
time by adding further modules from the COR.FJA Insurance Suite if
required. The system was developed by COR&FJA's US-based subsidiary and is
already being used successfully by insurance companies in several
English-speaking countries such as the USA, Australia and New Zealand - and
now COR&FJA has managed to win its first customer for the new solution on
the German market. The contract for this project is in the low seven-figure
range.
COR.FJA Sales & Service System focuses on inventory processing activities
such as change requests, changes to customer data, and simple claims
management functions with a principally customer-oriented perspective. On
the basis of a quick and comfortable search function, the software shows
the sales representative or broker all the customer-related transactions at
a glance; these include, for example, customer and canvassing data,
contracts and/or proposals. The close interplay among the various sales
channels and the smooth exchange of information between all participants in
the process which this involves makes end-to-end, transaction-clinching
processing possible. In providing these services, COR.FJA Sales & Service
System supports the standards usual on the market such as BiPRO, which
integrates the system components involved in the overall process. In this
way, the internal processes can be substantially optimised, the processing
periods significantly shortened and at the same time customer service
improved.
As a part of the COR.FJA Insurance Suite, the standard software solution
boasts modern JEE architecture, is simple to learn and stands out by virtue
of its consistent, clear user guidance. COR.FJA Sales & Service System can
be used centrally online as well as in decentralised form offline, for
example on the sales representative's laptop. A flexible authorisation
system guarantees that all users can call up only those inventories, and
only execute those functions, for which they have the appropriate
authorisation. The system is divided horizontally into its core and
optional components, and vertically in layers for client, dialogue control,
business logic and database functionality. All the back-office functions at
the insurance company's disposal are connected via standard interfaces.
