GERRY WEBER's Retail segment reports strong growth also in March
In March 2011, the Retail segment of GERRY WEBER International AG reported
sales revenues of EUR 17.2 million, which represents an increase of 16.9%
on the previous year.
'Like-for-like sales rose by more than 2%, although last year's March
revenues already included a major portion of the Easter sales,' said
Managing Director Ralf Weber. In his opinion, the outlook for April is very
positive.
Total sales revenues of the Retail segment for the first five months of the
fiscal year 2010/ 2011 amounted to EUR 81.4 million, up by approximately
27% on the previous year.
