Thus, last day of trading in shares issued by Spæncom will be 27 April 2011.
The reason for deletion is that Consolis Denmark A/S has initiated compulsory redemption of the remaining shareholders of Spæncom A/S under the Companies Act, § 70. Last day of the 4-week period is the 27 April 2011.
