On April 11th 2011 telegate AG (ISIN: DE0005118806, WKN: 511880) announced
the reduction of the number of Voting rights according to Article 26a of
the WpHG correcting it's announcement dated March 23rd, 2011. These
announcements have been released referring to the date of entry of telegate
AG's share capital reduction into the German Commercial Registry on
February 15th,2011.

Correcting the aforementioned announcements and setting the reduction of
the numbers of stocks as the date of withdrawal of the stocks that have
been bought back, telegate AG hereby announces that the number of Voting
Rights according to Article 26a of the WpHG of formerly 21.234.545 was
reduced by 2.123.454 Voting Rights amounting to a total of 19.111.091
Voting Rights with the effective date of January 24th, 2011.
