We hereby announce, cf. Section 55 of the Danish Companies Act and Section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, that Fragaria GmbH today has informed us that in connection with the rights issue in Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S the company has subscribed proportionately and kept its owner’s shares unchanged, but increased its voting rights as a consequence of the abolishment of the share classes in DLH. Hereafter, the share capital and voting rights in the company are:
