SkyShop Announces Contract With Pepper Consultants to Offer Its Online Cross-Border Shopping Solutions to Banks Across Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa


MIAMI and LONDON, April 27, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SkyShop Logistics, Inc. (OTCBB:SKPN) has announced the signing of a contract with Pepper Consultants to become the implementation and relationship management arm of SkyShop in EMEA providing support and development of all clients including American Express GNS. GlobalShop, a unique brand created for American Express, will be offered exclusively to cardmembers around the globe to facilitate online shopping. 

Pepper Consultants have an impressive list of clients and projects across EMEA and are highly experienced in working in the financial services sector. They have been working with SkyShop since 2009 on the successful launches of pilot programs for American Express in Israel and Turkey. The new agreement signals a closer working relationship between the two companies and will provide significant support for American Express GNS partner banks and other banks in the region.
