Keller Rohrback L.L.P. Announces Investigation of Crayola Regarding Washable Colored Bubbles

SEATTLE, April 27, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Attorney Advertising. Keller Rohrback L.L.P. (http://www.krclassaction.com/">www.krclassaction.com) announces an investigation of Crayola, owned by Hallmark Cards Inc., for alleged violations of certain states' consumer protection acts related to the marketing of Crayola Washable Colored Bubbles. The investigation focuses on alleged misleading washability claims and deceptive practices related to the sale of the Crayola Washable Colored Bubbles.

Crayola Washable Colored Bubbles are available in five "bright, bold, vibrant colors" and allow children to blow conventional bubbles with color. The bubbles are marketed by Crayola as washable, but reportedly leave neon-bright and often permanent stains behind. Keller Rohrback is investigating whether the claim that the bubbles are washable is reasonable or if the claim violates consumer protection acts.

If you have experienced staining problems as a result of using the bubbles, or would like more information regarding our Crayola Washable Colored Bubbles investigation, please contact attorneys Laura Gerber or Gretchen Cappio, or paralegal Joan Wedemeyer, for additional information at 1-800-776-6044, or via e-mail at mailto:consumer@kellerrohrback.com">consumer@kellerrohrback.com.
