On 21 March 2011, TDC announced changes to its Corporate Management Team and organisation of business divisions. TDC Wholesale, which provides access to TDC’s network for external operators, became a separate business division. Previously, TDC Wholesale was part of the business division Operations & Wholesale. Consequently, TDC Wholesale is now reported as a separate business division and Operations is part of Other activities, which also comprises Headquarters.
In addition, the segmentation of SoHo customers (Small Offices/Home Offices) on Consumer and TDC Business has been adjusted.
