Record date for dividend in Höganäs

Höganäs wishes to make the following clarification regarding the record
date for entitlement to dividend.

As set forth in the notice to the Annual General Meeting in Höganäs AB
it was proposed that the record date for entitlement to dividend would
be Friday 6 May 2011.

In the report from the Annual General Meeting issued yesterday it was
stated that the general meeting also resolved on Friday 6 May as the
record date.
