NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of May 5, 2011, to lift an additional reason for applied surveillance status to AS "Latvijas Zoovetapgāde", as the company has submitted its auditor’ s report for its annual report for 2010.
NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on July 29, 2010 resolved to assign trading under surveillance status to the company in accordance with the Article 20.1.2, Sub article 2 of the Exchange Rules, which states that the Issuers shall be placed on surveillance status if the Issuer has admitted its insolvency or the Issuer has had permanent insolvency problems.
