Today, on 9 May 2011, AS Eesti Ajalehed (acquiring company) and Eesti Päevalehe AS entered into a merger agreement, under which AS Eesti Ajalehed and Eesti Päevalehe AS merge.
The acquiring company will continue its operations under the business name of AS Eesti Ajalehed and the publication of newspapers will continue the same way as today under current brands.
The merger agreement is available for public inspection at the registration department of Harju County Court and at the offices of AS Eesti Ajalehed at Narva mnt 11E, Tallinn.
