IT - Genium INET Update (76/11)
OMnet Upgrade of Genium INET Ext1 for all Genium INET Derivatives and Fixed Income users.
On Tuesday May 17th, there will be a full maintenance day on Genium INET External test 1. During the maintenance there will be an upgrade of the OMnet version to 2.0.0210, in order to support Fixed Income markets and create a test environment for the upcoming upgrade to 2.0.0210 on Genium INET Production on May 30th.
The upgrade does not contain any mandatory changes for current Genium INET OMnet Derivatives users and will be fully backwards compatible with the current OMnet version. Existing Derivatives Participants, Users and Clearing accounts are not updated or changed.
Please note that existing test trades, positions and clearing data prior to the above dates are deleted during the update.
For Genium INET FIX Derivatives users connecting to Genium INET Ext1 you will need to change the “SenderCompID” field, please see the document on our member website at http://nordic.nasdaqomxtrader.com/memberextranet/genium_inet/ where you can find all related Genium INET documents.
The Genium INET Ext1 database will after the maintenance be integrated with both current derivatives users as well as Fixed Income users from Genium INET Ext2.
For Genium INET FIX Fixed Income users wanting to connect to Genium INET Ext1, please contact Memberservices@nasdaqomx.com for needed FIX ports.
Please note that the coming update in the Genium INET Ext1 test environment means that Back Office and Clearing applications need to renew their databases. In the Genium INET Clearing Workstation 1 this is done according to section 4.4.4 in the Clearing Workstation 1 Installation Guide.
Please note: As this system will replicate the setup and configuration for the upcoming Genium INET production 2.0.0210 environment on May 30th, no Fixed Income markets will be in a trading state. The Fixed Income market will go live on June 20th, after this the Ext1 will have the Fixed Income markets opened as well.
