2011 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights
in Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE0008032004, WKN:
803200 fell below the threshold of 3% on 4 August 2008 and amounts to 2.98%
(19,580,964 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.47% (16,209,108 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A., San Francisco,
U.S.A. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and 0.51%
(3,371,856 voting rights) pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG
in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.
The disclosure notifications made for BlackRock, Inc., New York, U.S.A.,
BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, U.S.A. and BlackRock
Financial Management, Inc., New York, U.S.A., published on 19 April 2011,
remain unchanged.
