Establishment of subsidiary of Apranga APB in Lithuania

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-05-16 10:27 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apranga APB established the 15^th of its subsidiary Apranga MLT UAB with the share capital of LTL 300 thousand (EUR 87 thousand). Establishment of the company is associated with the new Apranga Group project for which additional information will be provided later after arrangement and signing of the contract.

Shares of Apranga APB are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
