On May 16, 2011, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights throughout all its fund
assets (Sondervermögen) on Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
voting rights on May 10, 2011 and on that day amounted to 5.352% (this
corresponds to 650,000 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.352%
of the voting rights (this corresponds to 650,000 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt
für Ärzte, Zahn- und Tierärzte.
