Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Topdanmark A/S hereby announces it has received information, see appendix, from Capital Research and Management Company (CRMC) that the company no longer holds shares in Topdanmark.
On 8 March 2011 CRMC announced that it held 5.4% of the share capital.
