With letter dated May 16, 2011, Allianz Global Investors
Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, informed us in
accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:

'We hereby give notice in accordance with Sec. 21 para 1 sent. 1 German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that our voting rights in KUKA AG,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 3% on May
16, 2011 and on that day amount to 3.98% of all voting rights of the
Company (this reflects 1,348,845 of all 33,915,431 voting rights).

With respect to our voting rights, 0.04% of all voting rights (this
reflects 13,845 of all 33.915.431 voting rights) are attributed to us
according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG).

Voting rights according to § 17 para. 1 No. 7 WpAIV were not acquired.'
