Smart Home Web Developer closing home automation contract 
for Mira Villa Luxury Homes


LAS VEGAS: LAMBDA TD Software, Inc. (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN:

contract to provide LAMBDA's smart home automation and public areas
security and concierge services for the gated 216-luxury condominium unit
Mira Villa Homes project in Las Vegas (Nevada) to implement LAMBDA's energy
saving smart home automation solution.

Mira Villa is a luxury condominium community located in Las Vegas' Canyons
Village adjacent to JW Marriott Resort, Angel Park and TPC Las Vegas golf
courses. Condos in Mira Villa range from approximately 2,075 square feet to
3,850 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms, a terrace, enclosed garage and private
elevators. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center,
swimming pool, spas and outdoor BBQ areas, with views of Red Rock Canyon,
Las Vegas and the golf course. In addition to location of a resort and
casino within walking distance, there is a high-end shopping center nearby.
