Tieto has today signed a new EUR 100 million five-year Revolving Credit Facility. This facility refinances Tieto’s prior EUR 250 million Revolving Credit Facility, which was due to mature in November 2011, and will be used for back-up and general corporate purposes.
Banks acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Nordea, ING Bank N.V., Dublin Branch, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Pohjola Bank plc and Swedbank AB (publ).
