The undersigned entities notified us on 20 May 2011 pursuant to Sections 21
para. 1, 22 para. 1, para. 2 WpHG of the following with regard to HCI
Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany ('HCI Capital'):
On 16 May 2011, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.Ã r.l., Luxembourg,
Luxembourg, fell below the threshold of 50 % of the voting rights in HCI
Capital. On that date, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.Ã .r.l
indirectly held 41.06 % of the voting rights (corresponding to 15,064,578
voting rights) in HCI Capital.
14.37 % (corresponding to 5,273,396 voting rights) of the aforementioned
voting rights are attributed to Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg)
S.Ã .r.l according to Section 22 para. 2 Sentence 1, para 3 WpHG and are
attributed through Döhle ICL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
26.68 % (corresponding to 9,791,182 voting rights) of the aforementioned
voting rights are attributed to Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg)
S.Ã .r.l according to Section 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1, para. 3 WpHG.
These voting rights are directly held by MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital
AG.
Accordingly, each of the following entities associated with Corsair III
Investments (Luxembourg) S.Ã .r.l. also fell below the threshold of 50 % of
voting rights in HCI Capital on 16 May 2011, and indirectly held 41.06 % of
the voting rights (corresponding to 15,064,578 voting rights) in HCI
Capital, 14.37 % (corresponding to 5,273,396 voting rights) of which are
attributed to them according to Section 22 para. 2 Sentence 1, para. 3 WpHG
(attributed through Döhle ICL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH) and 26.68 %
(corresponding to 9,791,182 voting rights) of which are attributed to them
according to Section 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1, para. 3 WpHG (directly
held by MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG).
