Announcement No. 16/2011
At Topdanmark’s AGM on 12 April 2011 its share capital was written down by 840,654 shares. The time limit for filing objections on the write-down has now expired and Topdanmark holds 987,762 of own shares representing 6.7% of the share capital as opposed to the 10.46% previously reported in announcement No. 07/2011.
This announcement is being published with reference to Sections 28 and 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act.
