1. On May 20, 2011, Mr. Tito Tettamanti, Switzerland, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the thresholds
of 5% on May 18, 2011, and amounted to 5.0268% (2,498,475 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 4.8948% (2,432,880 voting
rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no.
1 and 0.1320% (65,595 voting rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant
to section 22 (2) WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Tito Tettamanti and whose holdings of voting rights amount to
3% each or more in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG:
- GRITLOT LIMITED
- STERLING STRATEGIC VALUE LIMITED

2. On May, 2011, Mr. Massimo Pedrazzini, Switzerland, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
of 5% on May 18, 2011, and amounted to 5.0268% (2,498,475 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 5.0268% (2,498,475 voting
rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG,
whereof a total of 0.0050% (2,500 voting rights) are also to be attributed
to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1.
Voting rights that are to be attributed to Massimo Pedrazzini are held via
the following companies whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3 % or
more in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG:

pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
of 5% on May 18, 2011, and amounted to 5.0268% (2,498,475 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 5.0218% (2,495,975 voting
rights) are to be attributed to MP ADVISORS SA pursuant to section 22 (2)
WpHG.
Voting rights that are to be attributed to MP ADVISORS SA are held via the
following companies whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3 % or more
in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG:

Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% on May 18, 2011, and
amounted to 5.0268% (2,498,475 voting rights) as per this date. Of these
voting rights, a total of 5.0263% (2,498,250 voting rights) are to be
attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.
