On May 25, 2011, Mr Ralf Weber, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Gerry Weber International AG, Halle/Westfalen, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 25, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 4.98% (this corresponds to 1143820 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.94% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 216000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Weber.
