In connection with the update of the interest spread of an ISIN, an amendment has been made to the "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre E, series 31E (floating-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation dependent on payments on underlying loans)".
The amendment to the final terms of series 31E appears from Appendix 1.
