Mohave State Bank Appoints Benjamin LaParne


LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz., May 31, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mohave State Bank ("Bank"), subsidiary of State Bank Corp. (OTCBB:SBAZ) ("Company"), today announced the appointment of Benjamin LaParne to serve as a member of its Lake Havasu City Community Board.

Mr. LaParne is a native of Huntington Beach, CA and has been a real estate investor for more than 30 years specializing in commercial properties. He and his wife Kimberly relocated permanently to Lake Havasu City from Portland, OR in 2003. Mr. LaParne attended Golden West College in Southern California.

Mr. LaParne is active in the Lake Havasu Rotary Club and is a Pillar donor for the River Cities United Way.
