On 01.06.2011, AS Tallinna Vesi submitted a complaint regarding the Competition Authority’s 02.05.2011 decision rejecting the company’s 2011 tariff application. As of 03.06.2011 the court proceedings have been initiated. AS Tallinna Vesi has commented the positions of the Competition Authority expressed in their decision as well as expressed the positions of the company in their 05.05.2011 and 25.05.2011 notices to the Stock Exchange.
