Company announcement No 17/2011 – 6 June 2011
As stated in the company announcement No. 13/2011 of 19 May 2011, Royal Unibrew has received and accepted a conditional offer made to all shareholders of Solomon Breweries Ltd. by Asia Pacific Breweries Limited, Singapore.
After obtaining the relevant approvals the transaction has today been finally completed.
As previously announced, the net proceeds of the transaction amounts to approx. DKK 30 million, which is equivalent to the carrying value of the shares in the previously associated company.
