DEALING BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The company has been notified that Debbie McGrath, a person discharging
managerial responsibility within G4S plc, acquired 190 ordinary shares of G4S
plc in the UK on 3 June 2011 under a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares
were acquired at £2.92 per share.
