We hereby inform that the Board of Bank SNORAS was elected for a new four-year term of office during the meeting of Bank SNORAS Supervisory Board which took place on 3 June 2011.
The following persons were elected to the Board of Bank SNORAS:
Chairman of the Board – Raimondas Baranauskas, the President of AB Bank SNORAS, co-owner;
Deputy Chairman of the Board – Naglis Stancikas, the First Vice President AB Bank SNORAS;
Deputy Chairman of the Board – Modestas Keliauskas, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Corporate Business Division;
Deputy Chairman of the Board – Romasis Vaitekūnas, AB Bank SNORAS chief complaince officer;
Member of the Board – Aušra Ižičkienė, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Legal Department;
Member of the Board – Gitanas Kancerevyčius, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Risk Management Department;
Member of the Board – Jurgita Bliumin, AB Bank SNORAS chief financier.
J. Bliumin, who has become a new member of Bank SNORAS Board, will commence her office upon receiving the permission of the Bank of Lithuania under the established order.
