LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 6, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Churchill Downs Incorporated (Nasdaq:CHDN) will hold its 2011 annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, June 16, at 10 a.m. EDT in the Jockey Club Suites facility, located at Churchill Downs Racetrack in Louisville, Ky.
Shareholders and media representatives planning to attend the meeting should arrive at Gate 1 of the racetrack facility, located off Central Avenue, from 9-10 a.m. and utilize the Jockey Club Suites elevators, located behind the Paddock Pavilion, to access the meeting area. The Triple Crown Room is located on the fifth floor of the Jockey Club Suites.
Shareholders attending the meeting are invited to remain afterwards to enjoy a day at the races. Churchill Downs Incorporated will provide shareholders with complimentary tickets for reserved seats in the sixth-floor Millionaires Row dining room, including access to the buffet and free programs for the June 16 racing program.
