The 12,274,355 new shares of Aspocomp Group Plc (“Aspocomp”) issued in Aspocomp’s share issue have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today, June 9, 2011. The shares carry a right to dividend and other shareholder rights as from their registration with the Finnish Trade Register. Following the registration, the total number of shares issued by Aspocomp is 62,179,485.

Public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. in the new shares, together with the existing shares, is expected to commence on June 15, 2011.
