Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-06-10 14:53 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- We hereby inform that the group’s net profit (LTL 2,737,000) for 2010, published in the audited financial statements of LITGRID Turtas AB differs by LTL 292,000 from the preliminary net profit of the group (LTL 2,665,000), which was published in the interim financial statements for twelve-month period of 2010.
The aforesaid difference resulted from the net profit adjustment for December 2010 of LITGRID AB and TETAS UAB – the subsidiary companies of LITGRID Turtas AB, which was performed during the audit. The audited net profit of LITGRID AB for December was higher by LTL 106,000 while the audited net profit of TETAS UAB was higher by LTL 186,000.
