Thereafter, in its first meeting, the supervisor board appointed Lamprecht as chairman and Prof. Dr. Michael Judis as vice-chairman. The erstwhile chairman, Dr. Dr. Peter Löw, was elected and remains as member of the board. Rudi Lamprecht is considered an outstanding Gigaset expert and has years of experience in the telecommunication and information technology industry itself. The computer scientist has held numerous senior management positions, among other at Hewlett Packard, Siemens Nixdorf and Siemens AG. There, as member of the Corporate Executive Committee, he was responsible, amongst others, for the telecommunications sector with the former Gigaset company, SHC, as well as the economic regions Africa, Middle East and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Susanne Klöà is an internationally respected top manager with excellent knowledge of the capital market. As Managing Partner of one of the world's leading consultancies, the business administration graduate has, for many years, been responsible for the capital market sector and significantly advanced the transformation of the international stock market environment towards electronic trading.
