YIT CORPORATION ISSUES A EUR 100 MILLION BOND
YIT Corporation issues, under the company's program for issuance of notes, a EUR 100 million bond targeted to institutional and other selected investors. Due June 20, 2016, bond carries an annual fixed coupon of 4.750 per cent and has an issue price of 99.843 per cent, to give a yield of 4.786 per cent.
YIT will apply for listing of the bond on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
Nordea Markets acts as the lead manager for the transaction.
